UNIT INJECTOR TESTING (HEUI & EUI) SERVICE
The HI2000 HEUI Injector Test Stand, introduced in the spring of 2000, was developed to meet the industry demand for testing of Ford 7.3 and Navistar DT466E injectors.
We have upgraded this bench, and it’s now capable of testing almost every high pressure oil actuated injector in operation today, including the famous 6.0 Powerstroke, along with Navistar T444E, DT466E, DT530E, Maxxforce, and CAT3126 injectors.
Additionally, we test and service almost every EUI (Electronic Unit Injector) in operation today: CAT, Cummins, Detroit, Volvo, and many others using this style of injection system. We have the fast moving injectors in stock, or we can test and repair yours in a timely manner.
Advanced features include a selectable stroke counter, digital temperature monitoring, upper and lower poppet valve seat testing, specially engineered stiction testing, adjustable RPM, pulse width, and control pressure.
