For many years we have been testing & cleaning gasoline injectors, using proven ASNU ultrasonic cleaning technology. This has been so popular through the years that we’ve upgraded our gas injector equipment, and we are now proud to be servicing GDI (Gasoline Direct Injection) injectors, along with Multi-Port and Throttle Body Injectors.

OEM’s have developed Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) systems with different names, – for example:

Audi & VW – TSI (Turbo Stratified Injection)
Ford – GTDI (Gasoline Turbocharged Direct Injection
BMW – HPI (High Precision Injection)
Mazda – DISI (Direct Injection Spark Ignition)
Mercedes – CGI (Charged Gasoline Injection)
Porche – HPDI (High Pressure Direct Injection)
GM – SIDI (Spark Ignition Direct Injection)

The fact is, they all feature high pressure gasoline fired directly into the combustion chamber. Manufacturers of these systems include Hitachi, Bosch, Delphi, Siemens, and Stanadyne.

Gasoline injector cleaning, whether conventional or GDI, is not just limited to cars & trucks. We frequently service injectors from motorcycles, outboard engines, and even experimental airplanes.
